Licence

What you may do with OmniReel and with the videos you make.

Last updated 2 November 2026
In short
  • One licence covers one person or one business, on up to 3 computers you own or control.
  • You own the videos you make. You can use them commercially: ads, client work and monetised channels.
  • You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute OmniReel, its templates, art-style packs or source code, or offer it as a hosted service.
  • Agencies and teams need a team licence. Contact us.
  • Updates run for 12 months, or for life if you bought lifetime updates. After that OmniReel keeps working.

What you get

When you buy OmniReel, OmniReel AI Video Studio gives you a licence to use it. You are buying the right to use the software, not the software itself. We keep ownership of OmniReel, its templates, its art styles and its code.

One licence covers one person or one business. It is yours alone. It cannot be passed on, sold or shared. Your licence key identifies it.

Where you can install it

You can install OmniReel on up to 3 computers that you own or control. If a business holds the licence, its own staff can use OmniReel on those computers for the business’s work.

Keep your licence key private. If it is shared, we may end your licence.

The videos you make

You own the videos you make with OmniReel. We do not claim any rights in them. You may use them commercially. That includes ads, client work and monetised channels.

Making videos for your clients is fine. Handing them OmniReel itself is not. Some parts of a video come from other companies, such as voices, footage and fonts. The section on third-party parts below explains their rules.

Templates and art styles

OmniReel comes with 150+ templates and 130+ art styles. You may change the templates to make your own videos. Changed versions stay under this licence. You may use them for your own videos, but you may not share, sell or give them to anyone else.

What you cannot do

  • Resell, share, sublicense or give away OmniReel, in whole or in part.
  • Redistribute the studio, its templates, its art-style packs or its source code.
  • Offer OmniReel as a hosted service, for example an online video maker that runs OmniReel for other people.
  • Share your licence key, or use it on more than 3 computers.

Agencies and teams

One licence covers one person or one business. If an agency or a larger team wants several people to use OmniReel, you need the team licence. Write to info@omnireel.video and we will help.

Third-party parts

Some parts of OmniReel, and of what it makes, belong to other people. They keep their own licences.

  • Fonts are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (SIL OFL 1.1).
  • three.js is under the MIT licence.
  • Music and sound effects that come with OmniReel are royalty-free for videos made with OmniReel. You may not take them out to share or sell on their own.
  • Voices come from ElevenLabs and fall under the terms of your ElevenLabs plan. Whether you may use a voice commercially depends on that plan. Check it before you publish.
  • AI footage made with Google Flow or Google Veo falls under Google’s terms.
  • Your AI agent (Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI) is used under your own account and its provider’s terms.

What you publish

You are responsible for the videos you make and post. Label AI-generated footage where a platform or the law requires it. Do not make content that is misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights, such as their copyright or trademark.

Updates

Studio and Studio + Setup include 12 months of new templates and updates from the day you buy. If you bought lifetime updates, you get them for as long as OmniReel is offered. After that period, OmniReel keeps working. You just do not get new templates.

The licence has no fixed end date. It ends only in the cases below.

When the licence ends

Your licence ends if you break these terms or this licence, or if we give you a refund. When it ends, stop using OmniReel and delete your copies. The videos you already made stay yours.
