- Try before you buy: we make your first video free, and the 20-second checker tells you if your computer can run OmniReel.
- If something does not work after you buy, write to us and we help you get it running.
- Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
Why sales are final
OmniReel is delivered as a download with its full source code. Once you have downloaded it, it cannot be returned, so we do not give refunds for a change of mind. This applies to add-ons, such as lifetime updates and setup calls, too.
Try before you buy
We would rather you know what you are buying. Before you pay:
- Get your first video free. Tell us what you sell and the video you want, and we make it with OmniReel and email it to you. Ask for yours.
- Check your computer. The 20-second checker on the requirements page tells you if your computer can run OmniReel.
- Check your AI agent. You need Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI. The AI agent page explains which plans include one.
If something does not work
Email info@omnireel.video with the email address you bought with, and tell us what went wrong. If OmniReel will not run, we may ask you to run python -m studio doctor and send us the output: it shows what is wrong on your computer, and most problems can be fixed quickly.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law.
In Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product fixed if it is not of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
In the EU and the UK, the right to withdraw from digital content ends once the download starts with your consent. The checkout asks for that consent.
If we do refund a payment, for example where the law requires it, the refund goes back to the card you used, and it ends your licence and your download link.
