Terms of sale
What you are buying, how you pay, and what you can expect from us.
Last updated 2 November 2026- OmniReel is a one-time purchase: a download and a licence key. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- It runs on your own Mac or Windows computer, and your own AI agent (Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI) runs it. You need one already.
- Your download link and licence key arrive on the thank-you page and by email right after payment.
- Sales are final: you get the full source code, which cannot be returned. Try first: your first video is free. Your consumer rights always stay.
- Where the law allows, we are not liable for more than you paid.
Who we are
OmniReel is sold by OmniReel AI Video Studio (Sisu Digital), Kala-Matti 4, 02230 Espoo, Finland. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean OmniReel AI Video Studio. “You” means the person or business that buys OmniReel.
You can reach us at info@omnireel.video. When you buy OmniReel, you agree to these terms, the Licence and the Refund policy. The Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
What you are buying
OmniReel is an AI-agent video studio. It is a one-time digital download: a ZIP package and a licence key. It runs on your own Mac or Windows computer. It makes 9:16 and 16:9 videos from 150+ templates and 130+ art styles.
Your own AI agent installs and runs it. OmniReel is not a subscription. Nothing renews. We only charge you again if you choose to buy something else.

- Studio. - Studio + Setup. Everything in Studio; 60-minute setup call, screen shared; Your brand kit: logo, colours, voice; Your first 3 videos, made together; Priority email support for 12 months.
- Lifetime. We sometimes offer a Lifetime plan or add-on. It gives you updates for as long as OmniReel is offered.
The pricing page shows what each plan includes. The plan shown when you buy is the plan you get.
What you need
OmniReel does not include an AI agent or the outside services it can use. You need:
- A Mac or Windows computer. The minimum is Windows 10/11 or macOS, 8 GB of RAM, 10 GB of free disk space and an internet connection. Better hardware renders faster. Linux, Chromebooks, iPads and phones are not supported.
- An AI agent: Claude Code from Anthropic, Codex from OpenAI/ChatGPT, or Gemini CLI from Google. You use it under your own account and plan.
Voice-over uses ElevenLabs. Generated images and footage can use Google Flow or Google Veo, which is optional. Please read the system requirements before you buy.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Pages made for one country can show that country’s currency, such as Australian dollars (AUD) on our pages for Australia. Prices can change. Sometimes a campaign, such as Black Friday, or an offer shown only on a page you reached from one of our ads, lowers a price for a dated window. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. The price you see is the total you pay: nothing is added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link). We never see or store your full card number. Stripe sends you your receipt.
At checkout you can choose to let Stripe save your card. If you do, an add-on offered right after your purchase can be added in one click. The choice is yours.
Add-ons and offers after payment
At checkout, or right after you pay, we may offer add-ons. Examples are lifetime updates, a setup upgrade and a 30-minute setup call. We show the price before you accept. An add-on is only added if you accept it, and it is covered by these terms and the Refund policy like the rest of your order.
Delivery
Your download link and licence key appear on the thank-you page and arrive by email, right after payment. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. Then write to info@omnireel.video.
If your order includes a setup call, you book it through a booking link. Please use the call within 60 days of your purchase. If you need more time, ask us before the 60 days end.
Updates and support
Studio and Studio + Setup include 12 months of new templates and updates, counted from the day you buy. If you buy lifetime updates, you get them for as long as OmniReel is offered. After your update period ends, OmniReel keeps working. You stop getting new templates and updates.

Your licence
You get a licence to use OmniReel. You do not buy the software itself. The Licence says where you can install OmniReel, what you can do with the videos you make, and what you cannot do, such as resell or share it. We can end the licence if you break it.
Other companies’ services and your running costs
OmniReel works with services we do not run: your AI agent, ElevenLabs and, if you choose, Google Flow or Google Veo. You use them under your own accounts and under their terms and privacy policies. Their prices, limits and features can change.
Running costs are yours. They are your AI plan, your ElevenLabs plan and any Google Flow credits, which Google bills. We are not responsible for those services.
Refunds and your consumer rights
OmniReel comes with its full source code, which cannot be returned once downloaded, so we do not give refunds for a change of mind. You can try it first: we make your first video free, before you buy. The Refund policy explains this.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded. In the EU and the UK, the right to withdraw from digital content ends once the download starts with your consent. The checkout asks for that consent.
What we promise, and what we do not
We will deliver what you bought, and we will do our best to make sure OmniReel works as described on this site. Beyond the guarantees that consumer law gives you, OmniReel is provided “as is”.
Results depend on your hardware, your AI plan and services run by other companies. Those services can change or stop, and we cannot promise they will keep working with OmniReel. We cannot promise that every video will turn out the way you imagined.
Limit of liability
Where the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with OmniReel is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit anything that the law does not allow us to limit, including your consumer guarantees. It does not affect your right to a refund under the Refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce changes on this site and update the date at the top of the page. A change applies to purchases made after we publish it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any dispute goes to the courts of Finland. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.
